Для сравнительной оценки нефротоксичности двух препаратов были определены два почечных маркера: креатинин и мочевина. Для оценки гепатотоксичности были определены два печеночных маркера АЛТ и АСТ и два почечных: креатинин, мочевина.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The research objective is a comparative assessment of biochemical indicators of Amphotericin B and its composition. Two renal markers were defined for comparative assessment nephrotoxicity of two medicines: creatinine and urea.
