Воспроизводимость действия любого фитопрепарата или его эффективность зависит от количественной вариативности химического состава лекарственного растительного сырья.</p></sec><sec><title>Ц е л ь</title><p>Ц е л ь . Исследование индивидуальной изменчивости биологически активных соединений (БАС) фенольного комплекса травы нонеи русской (Nonea (N.) rossica Steven) и определение статистически обоснованных критериев качества ЛРС.</p><p>М а т е р и а л ы и м е т о д ы . Объектами исследования служили образцы травы N. rossica Steven, заготовленные от растений, собранных в разных точках ареала в типичных местах обитания в период цветения в 2017–2022 годах. Содержание БАС-маркеров – флавоноидов, коричных кислот и лактонных соединений – определялось методом спектрофотометрии.</p></sec><sec><title>Р е з у л ь т а т ы</title><p>Р е з у л ь т а т ы . В результате анализа содержания БАС-маркеров 12 растений, произрастающих в одной промысловой заросли, было установлено, что коэффициент вариации не превышает 24 % и исследуемая выборка однородная. Однородность выборки позволяет статистически корректно объединить индивидуальные экземпляры и сформировать объединенную выборку для растений, собранных в пределах промысловой заросли. Анализ содержания БАС-маркеров в сырье, заготовленном в различных точках ареала (объединенные пробы), показал, что коэффициент вариации вырос незначительно и не превысил критического значения 33 %. В этом случае рассматриваемые объединенные выборки тоже однородны, что позволяет определить доверительные интервалы варьирования содержания БАС-маркеров.</p></sec><sec><title>З а к л ю ч е н и е</title><p>З а к л ю ч е н и е . Установлены критерии качества сырья: содержание флавоноидов в пересчете на рутин должно быть не менее 0.68 %, коричных кислот в пересчете на кофейную кислоту – не менее 1.9 %, лактонов в пересчете на 2-гидроксикоричную кислоту – не менее 0.25 %.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>I n t r o d u c t i o n</title><p>I n t r o d u c t i o n. The reproducibility of the effect of any herbal medicinal product or its effectiveness depends on the quantitative variability of the chemical composition of medicinal plant raw materials (MPRM).</p></sec><sec><title>A i m</title><p>A i m. A study of the individual variability of biologically active compounds (BAC) of the phenolic complex of Nonea (N.  rossica Steven) herb and the determination of statistically valid quality criteria for MPRM.</p><p>M a t e r i a l s  a n d  m e t h o d s . The objects of the study were specimens of N. rossica Steven herb obtained from plants collected at different points of the range in its typical habitats during the flowering phase in 2017–2022. The content of BAC markers – flavonoids, cinnamic acids and lactone compounds was determined by spectrophotometry.</p></sec><sec><title>R e s u l t s</title><p>R e s u l t s. As a result of the analysis of the content of BAC markers of 12 plants growing in one cropping area, it was found that the coefficient of variation does not exceed 24%, so, the studied sample is uniformed. The homogeneity of the sample makes it possible to statistically correctly combine individual specimens and form a combined sample for plants collected within the cropping area. An analysis of the content of BAC markers in raw materials collected at various points of the range (combined samples) showed that the coefficient of variation increased slightly and did not exceed the critical value of 33%. Here, the combined samples under consideration are also homogeneous, which makes it possible to determine confidence intervals for varying the content of BAC markers.</p></sec><sec><title>C o n c l u s i o n</title><p>C o n c l u s i o n.
