Растения рода Onosma широко используются в народной медицине стран Азии. Широкий спектр фармакологического действия фитопрепаратов, полученных из этих растений, обусловлен разнообразием биологически активных соединений (БАС). В то же время широко распространенный в России вид оносмы – Onosma simplicissima L. – изучен недостаточно.</p></sec><sec><title>Ц е л ь</title><p>Ц е л ь. Фармакогностическое исследование травы оносмы простейшей.</p><p>М а т е р и а л ы и м е т о д ы. Объектом исследования служила надземная часть Onosma simplicissima L., собранная в фазу цветения. Суммарные экстракты из сырья, полученные с использованием в качестве экстрагентов водно-спиртовых смесей и 2% хлороводородной кислоты, применяли для качественного и количественного анализа компонентов растительного сырья с использованием спектрофотометрического и гравиметрического методов. Исследование микроморфологии листьев и цветов проводили с использованием микроскопа Zeiss Axio Scope.A1.</p></sec><sec><title>Р е з у л ь т а т ы</title><p>Р е з у л ь т а т ы. В сырье было обнаружено и определено количественное содержание следующих БАС: полисахариды – 5.4 %, полифлавановые соединения – 3.2 %, хлорофилл а – 0.46 %, хлорофилл b – 0.29 %, сумма каротиноидов и ксантофиллов – 0.03 %, флавоноиды (в пересчете на рутин) – 0.98 % и гидроксикоричные кислоты (в пересчете на дикофеилхинную кислоту) – 0.34 %.</p><p>В результате микроскопического анализа морфологии листьев были установлены три типа трихом, по которым можно диагностировать подлинность сырья.</p></sec><sec><title>З а к л ю ч е н и е</title><p>З а к л ю ч е н и е. Наличие БАС, обладающих противовоспалительным, бактерицидным и регенеративным действием, создает предпосылки для более детального изучения оносмы простейшей как перспективного источника растительного сырья.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>I n t r o d u c t i o n</title><p>I n t r o d u c t i o n. Plants of the genus Onosma are widely used in Asian folk medicine. The wide range of pharmacological eﬀects of herbal medicines from these plants is due to the variety of biologically active compounds (BAC). At the same time, the widespread species of the genus Onosma in Russia – Onosma simplicissima L. – has been studied insuﬃciently.</p></sec><sec><title>A i m</title><p>A i m. A pharmacognostic study of Onosma simplicissima herb.</p><p>M a t e r i a l s a n d m e t h o d s. The object of the study was the aerial part of Onosma simplicissima L., collected during the flowering phase. Total extracts from the raw materials obtained using water-ethanol mixtures and 2% hydrochloric acid as extractants were used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of plant components using spectrophotometric and gravimetric methods. The micromorphology of leaves and flowers was studied using a Zeiss Axio Scope.A1 microscope.</p></sec><sec><title>R e s u l t s</title><p>R e s u l t s. The following BAC were detected and quantified in the raw materials: polysaccharides – 5.4%, polyflavane compounds – 3.2%, chlorophyll a – 0.46%, chlorophyll b – 0.29%, the sum of carotenoids and xanthophylls – 0.03%, flavonoids (in terms of rutin) – 0.98% and hydroxycinnamic acids (in terms of dicaﬀeoylquinic acid) – 0.34%.</p><p>During the microscopic analysis of leaf morphology, three types of trichomes were determined which can be used for identification of the raw materials.</p></sec><sec><title>C o n c l u s i o n</title><p>C o n c l u s i o n.
