Ксантелазма век является выраженным косметическим дефектом и приводит к снижению качества жизни пациентов. Неселективные технологии (например, радиочастотное воздействие и использование абляционных лазеров) могут приводить к образованию рубцов, выпадению ресниц и тяжелым функциональным осложнениям органа зрения (включая неполное закрывание века) из-за недостаточной толщины кожи.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Оценить эффективность лечения ксантелазмы век излучением лазера на парах меди с дерматоскопическим контролем процесса лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы . Лечение ксантелазмы век I-IV степени было проведено у 47 светлокожих женщин и мужчин в возрасте 28-72 лет. Процедуры проводили при средней мощности излучения лазера на парах меди 0.6-0.8 Вт, длине волны 578 нм, длительности экспозиции 0.2 с, диаметре светового пятна 1 мм. Критерием выбора энергии лазерных импульсов было максимальное посерение поверхности ксантелазмы. Лечение проводи­лось за один сеанс с контролем равномерности обработки при помощи дерматоскопии.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Лечение с помощью лазера на парах меди позволило полностью удалить у всех пациентов очаги ксантелазмы век, в том числе IV степени тяжести, без появления рецидивов в течение 24 мес после лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Применение излучения лазера на парах меди с длиной волны 578 нм обеспечило отличные результаты лечения ксантелазмы век без побочных эффектов. Использование дерматоскопии позволило улуч­шить результат применения лазера и предотвратить рецидивы лечения. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Introduction. Xanthelasma palpebrarum is a marked cosmetic defect and leads to reduced quality of life in patients. Non-selective technologies (for example, radiofrequency exposure and the use of ablative lasers) can lead to scarring, eyelash loss and severe functional disorders of the eye (including incomplete eyelid closure) because of insuffi cient skin thickness.Aim . To evaluate the eff ectiveness of xanthelasma palpebrarum treatment with copper vapor laser radiation under dermatoscopy control.Materials and methods. Treatment of grade I–IV xanthelasma palpebrarum was performed in 47 fairskinned women and men aged 28–72 years. The procedures were performed using a copper vapor laser at an average power of 0.6–0.8 W, wavelength 578 nm, exposure time 0.2 s, and spot diameter 1 mm. The maximum discoloring to gray of the xanthelasma surface was the criterion for laser pulse energy selection. The treatment was performed in one session under dermatoscopy control of treatment uniformity.Results. Treatment with a copper vapor laser allowed complete removal of xanthelasma palpebrarum areas in all patients, including IV degree, without recurrence within 24 months after the treatment.Conclusion. The use of copper vapor laser radiation at a wavelength of 578 nm provided excellent results for the xanthelasma palpebrarum treatment without side effects.
