Целью исследования является выявление особенности механизмов психологических защит и копинг-стратегий у пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС). Для лиц с ИБС характерны такие копинг-стратегии, как поиск социальной поддержки, бегство-избегание и принятие ответственности, и защитные механизмы отрицание и интеллектуализация. Определены особенности механизмов психологической защиты и копинг-стратегий у относительно здоровых людей. Такие защитные механизмы как реактивное образование и интеллектуализация, а также копинг-стратегии как самоконтроль и планирование решения проблемы являются наиболее часто встречаемыми.
The objective of research is the detection of feature of mechanisms of psychological protection and coping strategy at patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Such coping strategy as search of social support, flight avoidance and acceptance of responsibility, and protective mechanisms denial and intellectualization are definitive for persons with ischemic heart disease. Features of mechanisms of psychological protection and coping strategy at rather healthy people are defined. Such protective mechanisms as reactive education and intellectualization, and also such coping strategy as self-control and planning of a problem solution are the most often.
