Цель: исследование вазоактивных свойств Ропивакаина при использовании пролонгированной блокады седалищного нерва. Материалы и методы. В проспективное исследование включено 107 больных с синдромом диабетической стопы. В течение 10-ти суток велось наблюдение за показателями плече-лодыжечного индекса (ПЛИ), пресепсина, фибробластов в мазках-отпечатках, концентрации Ропивакаина. Результаты. У пациентов, получавших пролонгированную блокаду, отмечается увеличение показателей ПЛИ (p < 0,05), ускорение выведения пресепсина, интенсификация роста фибробластов. Эффект сохранялся после удаления катетера.

Purpose : research of vasoactive properties of Ropivocaine when using of prolonged blockade of sciatic nerve. Materials and methods . Prospective research included 107 patients with a syndrome of diabetic foot. Indicators of brachium- malleolar index (BMI), presepcine, fibroblasts in smears prints, Ropivocaine concentration were observed within 10 days. Results . The augmentation of BMI indicators (p < 0,05), acceleration of presepcine removal, intensification of fibroblasts growth are registered at he patients receiving the prolonged blockade. The effect remained after excision of catheter.
