В условиях увеличения заболеваемости остеоартритом коленного сустава особое значение приобретает определение предикторов, способствующих развитию этой патологии. Повреждение менисков, в том числе их корней, предрасполагает к прогрессированию остеоартрита, в связи с чем выявление таких повреждений является актуальным.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель . Выявить морфологические особенности структурных элементов нижней конечности при повреждении заднего корня медиального мениска.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы . В исследование включены 100 пациентов (средний возраст – 50,5 года), которых разделили на две группы: группа А – 50 пациентов с достоверными признаками повреждения корня мениска по данным магнитно-резонансной томографии (МРТ); группа Б – 50 пациентов без значимых повреждений хряща, менисков и связок коленного сустава. Оценены и проанализированы морфометрические показатели коленного сустава по данным МРТ (ширина и индекс вырезки бедренной кости, наклон заднего края медиального мыщелка большеберцовой кости, вогнутость суставной поверхности медиального мыщелка большеберцовой кости, изгиб и наклон суставной поверхности мыщелков бедренной кости, высота межмыщелковых бугорков большеберцовой кости).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты . У пациентов группы А выявлены более узкая межмыщелковая вырезка бедренной кости и увеличенный задний наклон медиального мыщелка большеберцовой кости (р ≤ 0,05), а также склонность к уплощению и увеличению мыщелков бедренной и большеберцовой костей по сравнению с аналогичными показателями группы Б. При сравнении высоты межмыщелковых бугорков большеберцовой кости в группах исследования корреляции не установлены. В межмыщелковой вырезке выявлены остеофиты (в 90 % случаев), один соответствовал области прикрепления передней менискобедренной связки латерального мениска (средние показатели длины – 2,5 мм), второй – области прикрепления задней менискобедренной связки латерального мениска (средние показатели длины – 2,7 мм).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение . Выявленные анатомические особенности (сужение межмыщелковой вырезки, уплощение суставной поверхности медиального мыщелка большеберцовой кости и увеличение наклона его заднего края), а также значимая роль индексного соотношения длин медиальных мыщелков большеберцовой и бедренной костей имеют существенное значение и могут служить дополнительным диагностическим критерием в выявлении повреждения заднего корня медиального мениска. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction . In the context of an increased incidence of knee osteoarthritis, the identification of factors, contributing to the development of this pathology is of particular importance. Meniscal injury, including the injury of their roots, predisposes to the progression of osteoarthritis. In this regard, it is especially important to identify these factors.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim . To identify morphological features of the structural elements of the lower limb in the injury of the medial meniscus posterior root.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study included 100 patients (mean age: 50,5 years), who were divided into two groups: group A – 50 patients with confirmed signs of meniscal root injury according to the data of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); group B – 50 patients without significant damage to the cartilage, menisci, or ligaments of the knee joint. Morphometric parameters of the knee joint were evaluated and analyzed based on the MRI data (width and index of the femoral intercondylar notch, posterior slope of the medial tibial condyle, concavity of the articular surface of the medial tibial condyle, curvature and slope of the articular surface of the femoral condyles, height of the tibial intercondylar tubercles).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results . In patients of group A, a narrower femoral intercondylar notch and an increased posterior slope of the tibial medial condyle were identified (p ≤ 0,05), as well as a tendency toward flattening and enlargement of femoral and tibial condyles compared to the same parameters in group B. When comparing the height of the tibial intercondylar tubercles between the studied groups, no correlation was found. Osteophytes were identified in the intercondylar notch (in 90% of cases), first corresponded to the attachment area of the anterior meniscofemoral ligament of the lateral meniscus (mean height: 2,5 mm), and the second – to the attachment area of the posterior meniscofemoral ligament of the lateral meniscus (mean height: 2,7 mm).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The anatomical features identified (intercondylar notch narrowing, flattening of the articular surface of the tibial medial condyle, and an increased slope of its posterior edge), as well as the significant role of the ratio of the heights of the femoral and tibial medial condyles, are of considerable importance and may be used as an additional diagnostic criterion for detection of medial meniscus posterior root tear.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>коленный сустав</kwd><kwd>отрыв корня мениска коленного сустава</kwd><kwd>МРТ-диагностика отрыва корня мениска</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>knee joint</kwd><kwd>meniscal root tear of the knee joint</kwd><kwd>MRI diagnosis of meniscal root tear</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Hantouly A.T., Aminake G., Khan A.S. et al.
