В статье представлены результаты исследования встречаемости и особенностей течения синдрома обструктивного апноэ сна у пациентов с сахарным диабетом 2 типа, в сравнении с пациентами, имеющими различную выраженность ожирения. Обследовано 100 пациентов (50 - с сахарным диабетом 2 типа, и 50 - с различной выраженностью ожирения). Выявлена взаимосвязь между синдромом обструктивного апноэ сна и индексом массы тела. У больных сахарным диабетом 2 типа чаще регистрируется дневная сонливость, при наличии автономной нейропатии пациенты имеют больший риск развития апноэ сна.
The research results dedicated occurrence and features of syndrome of obstructive sleep apnoea at patients with 2 type diabetes in comparison with the patients with various expression of obesity are presented in article. 100 patients are examined (50 - with 2 type diabetes, and 50 - with various expression of obesity). The interrelation between syndrome of obstructive sleep apnoea and body weight index is revealed. Daytime sleepiness is registered more often at patients with 2 type diabetes, patients with the presence of autonomous neuropathy have larger risk of progression of sleep apnoea.
