В статье представлены результаты оценки печёночной недостаточности в послеоперационном периоде при обширных резекциях печени. Освещены существующие критерии для оценки функционального состояния печени, показаны наиболее значимые критерии в комплексной оценке резектабельности объемных образований печени различной этиологии.

Results of assessment of liver failure in the postoperative period at extensive liver resections of are presented in the article. The existing criteria for assessment of liver functional condition of are observed; the most significant criteria in complex assessment of resectability of liver volume formations of various etiology are demonstrated.
