По результатам комплексного анализа установлено, что спектр их неоднороден и включает несколько разновидностей с различным биологическим поведением. Показано, что нодулярные и поверхностно-распространяющиеся веретеноклеточные меланомы имеют достоверно лучший прогноз (р &lt; 0,05) по сравнению с другими меланомами веретеноклеточного спектра. Для комбинированных и поверхностно-распространяющихся вариантов характерно лимфогенное распространение опухоли, а десмопластические экземпляры склонны к развитию местных рецидивов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>58 melanomas with spindle-cell morphology are investigated. Accoding to results of the complex analysis it is established that their range is non-uniform and includes some options with various biological behavior. It is shown that nodular and superficial extending spindle-cell melanomas have authentically best forecast (р &lt; 0,05) in comparison with other melanomas of spindle-cell range.
