С целью выявления ультраструктурных изменений эндотелиоцитов кровеносных капилляров миокарда при механическом повреждении сердца различной степени тяжести было проведено экспериментальное моделирование ушиба сердца на апробированной модели - белых крысах-самцах породы Вистар. Выполнялось трансмиссионное электронно-микроскопическое исследование кусочков желудочков сердца животных с последующей статистической обработкой полученных результатов. Выявлен ряд характерных изменений органелл эндотелиоцитов. В частности, эксперимент позволил выявить при ушибе сердца увеличение объемных плотностей митохондрий, микропиноцитозных везикул и снижение объемных плотностей рибосом. При этом выраженность ультраструктурных изменений эндотелиоцитов зависела от степени тяжести ушиба сердца.
An experimental modeling of cardiac bruise on the approved model - Vistar white male rats was carried out for the purpose of identification of ultrastructural changes of endotheliocytes of vascular capillaries of myocardium at mechanical cardiac abnormality of different severity. Transmission electron and microscopical research of slices of cardiac ventricles of animals with subsequent statistical processing of the received results was performed. A series of characteristic changes of organellas of endotheliocytes is registered. In particular, experiment allowed revealing at cardiac injury the augmentation of volume densities of mitochondrions, micropinocytic vesicles and depression of volume densities of ribosomes. Thus expression of ultrastructural changes of endotheliocytes depended on severity of cardiac injury.
