Необходимость проведенного исследования связана с проблемами лечения рожи в большинстве стран мира на современном этапе, что обусловлено увеличением числа тяжелых форм и случаев рецидивирующего течения этой патологии. В результате проводимой комплексной терапии с использованием внутрисосудистой фотомодификации крови при среднетяжелых и тяжелых формах рожи в лимфоцитах отмечали нормализацию показателя ядерно-плазматического отношения и объёмной плотности гранулярного эндоплазматического ретикулума, увеличение количества микроворсинок, образуемых плазматической мембраной. Как следует из представленных данных, внутрисосудистая фотомодификация крови обладает лечебно-оздоровительным саногенным действием, что связано со структурно-функциональной перестройкой малых и больших лимфоцитов.
The necessity of the conducted research is connected with the problems of treatment of erypsipelas in the majority of the countries in the world at the present stage that is caused by augmentation of number of serious forms and cases of a relapsing course of this pathology. Normalization of indicator of the nuclear and plasmatic relation and volume density of granular endoplasmatic reticulum, augmentation of quantity of microvillis formed by a plasmatic membrane was registered as a result of the performed complex therapy with usage of intravascular photomodification of blood at medium-weight and serious forms of erypsipelas in lymphocytes. According to the presented data, intravascular photomodification of blood possesses medical and improving sanogenic action that is connected with structurally functional reorganization of small and larger lymphocytes.
