Проведен анализ промышленных образцов сырья «Можжевельника плоды». Установлено, что необходимо проведение стандартизации сырья по нескольким показателям содержания действующих веществ: сырье, используемое для получения эфирного масла, следует стандартизовать по содержанию эфирного масла, а сырье, предназначенное для получения водного извлечения, - по содержанию водорастворимых полисахаридов, сумме флавоноидов и оксикоричных кислот. Проведенный анализ также показал, что для выделения всех групп соединений сырье необходимо предварительно измельчать и указывать эту информацию на потребительской упаковке фасованного сырья.
The analysis of industrial samples of raw materials of «Juniperus fructus» is carried out. It is established that performing of standardization of raw materials on several indicators of the content of active ingredients is required: the raw materials used for receiving an essential oil should be standardized according to the content of the oil, and the raw materials intended for receiving water extraction - according to the content of water-soluble polysaccharides, the sum of flavonoids and hydroxy-cinnamic acids. The carried-out analysis also showed that for an emission of all groups of compounds the raw materials should be previously chapped, and this information should be pointed out on a consumer packing of the packed-up raw materials.
