При исследовании системы гемостаза мало лабораторных маркеров, используемых в качестве скрининговых маркеров активации тромбоцитарного звена. Цель исследования: показать значимость параметра PLCC (фракция больших тромбоцитов) как маркера активации тромбоцитарного звена гемостаза. Сравнивалась группа с диагнозом ишемическая болезнь сердца и соматически здоровые лица. Выявленная положительная корреляция между агрегационной активностью тромбоцитов и показателем PLCC подтверждает данные о том, что повышение фракции больших тромбоцитов может являться маркером активации тромбоцитарного гемостаза у данной категории пациентов.
Few laboratory markers used as screening markers of activation of thrombocytic link at research of hemostasis system. Objective of research is to show the importance of the PLCC parameter (fraction of larger thrombocytes) as marker of activation of thrombocytic link of hemostasis. The group was compared with the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and somatically healthy faces. The registered positive correlation between aggregation activity of thrombocytes and PLCC indicator confirms data that rising of fraction of larger thrombocytes can be a marker of activation of thrombocytic hemostasis at this category of patients.
