У больных агрессивными и индолентными неходжкинскими злокачественными лимфомами на этапе диагностики заболевания отмечалось повышение уровня провоспалительных цитокинов (ФНО-α, ИЛ-6 и ИЛ-1β), маркеров эндотелиальной дисфункции (тромбомодулина, VEGF и фактора Виллебранда) и маркеров активации системы гемостаза (фибриногена, Д-димера и РФМК). Эти изменения говорят о развитии ангиогенной, гемостатической и адгезивной форм эндотелиальной дисфункции под влиянием цитокинового дисбаланса с преобладанием провоспалительных цитокинов. Наиболее выраженные изменения наблюдались у больных агрессивными неходжкинскими злокачественными лимфомами с наличием В-симптоматики.

Rising of pro-inflammatory cytokines level (TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β), markers of endothelial dysfunction (trombomodulin, VEGF and von Willebrand factor) and markers of activation of hemostasis system (a fibrinogen, D-dimer and SFMC) are registered at patients with aggressive and indolent malignant non-Hodgkin lymphoma during disease diagnosis. These changes shows development of angiogenic, haemostatic and adhesive forms of endothelial dysfunction under the influence of cytokine imbalance with prevalence of pro-inflammatory cytokines. The most expressed changes were observed at patients with aggressive malignant non-Hodgkins lymphoma with V-symptomatology.
