Среди обследованных 94-х женщин 58,0 ± 5,9 года в естественной постменопаузе выделили 3 группы: 1 (n = 52) - с сахарным диабетом 2 типа, 2 (n = 16) - с предиабетом, 3 (n = 26) - с нормогликемией. Выявлено: в группе 1 в сравнении с группой 3 снижены нейрогенные базальные и реперфузионные показатели, которые были изменены частично под влиянием инсулинорезистентности и артериального давления; в группе 3 увеличение концентрации липидов в крови при окклюзии и реперфузии усиливало вазодилатацию; ожирение способствует повышению нейрогенного тонуса независимо от наличия нарушений углеводного обмена.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The assessment of microcirculatory parameters of neurogenic range at post-menopausal women with various carbohydrate metabolism by method of laser Doppler flowmetry was the purpose of article. 94 examined women of 58,0 ± 5,9 age in a natural postmenopause were divided into 3 groups: 1 (n = 52) - with 2 type diabetes mellitus, 2 (n = 16) - with prediabetes, 3 (n = 26) - with normoglycemia.
