Исследованию подвергнуты 240 больных (по 120 больных в основной и контрольной группах), выявлено, что у лиц различного типа телосложения исходные показатели внутрибрюшного давления значительно разнятся. Доказано, что величина внутрибрюшного давления зависит от морфофункциональных взаимоотношений передней брюшной стенки и внутренних органов. Определены критические величины внутрибрюшного давления у каждого соматотипа при острой патологии органов брюшной полости. Показано, что измерение внутрибрюшного давления, которое зависит от типа телосложения, является обязательным стандартом у пациентов с острой абдоминальной патологией.

240 patients are subjected to research (120 patients in the main and control groups equally), it is revealed that at persons of various somatotypes initial indicators of intraabdominal pressure considerably differ. It is proved that the intraabdominal pressure depends on morphofunctional relationship of forward abdominal wall and internals. Critical sizes of intraabdominal pressure at each somatotype at acute pathology of abdominal organs are determined. It is shown that measurement of intraabdominal pressure which depends on somatotype, is the obligatory standard at patients with acute abdominal pathology.
