В статье показана необходимость использования теоретической составляющей в преподавании физической культуры на занятиях со студентами высшей школы. Добавление на занятиях к двигательной активности информационного блока способствует повышению осознанности выполнения упражнений студентами. Для выяснения возможностей и расширения границ в преподавании был использован анализ литературы, социологический опрос и опыт автора статьи.
The neccessity of usage of theoretical component for teaching physical education on occupations with students of the higher school is presented in the article. Addition of the information block to physical activity promotes increase of sensibleness of exercises performance by students. The analysis of literature, sociological poll and experience of the author of article was used for clarification of opportunities and range expansion in teaching.
