Качество жизни пациенток оценивали с помощью анкет PFDI-20 и PFIQ-7. Сроки послеоперационного наблюдения пациенток составили 6-110 месяцев (медиана - 52 месяца). По данным обеих анкет качество жизни достоверно улучшилось к концу 1-го месяца после операции, затем отмечено дальнейшее его улучшение к 6-му месяцу. После 6-ти месяцев показатели качества жизни стабильно оставались на этом уровне без ухудшения на протяжении всего периода наблюдения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Reticular grafts are used for correction of pelvic prolapse of the II-IV stages at 376 women: Prolift system in 286 (76,1 %) cases and «Prolift+M» - in 90 (23,9 %). Life quality of patients was estimated by means of PFDI-20 and PFIQ-7 questionnaires. Terms of postoperative observation of patients made 6-110 months (a median - 52 months). According to both questionnaires life quality authentically improved to the extremity of the 1st month after operation, then its further improvement by 6th month is registered.
