Результаты, полученные авторами на основании сравнительного анализа показателя скорости клубочковой фильтрации у 3155-ти детей с хронической болезнью почек, позволяют дифференцированно подходить к выбору формулы для расчета этого показателя в зависимости от возраста. Рекомендуется использовать метод расчета скорости клубочковой фильтрации по формуле Schwartz, представленной в Национальном руководстве по педиатрии (2009), как наиболее корректно определяющий стадию хронической болезни почек, за исключением случаев, когда расчет данного показателя проводится детям в возрастной группе до двух лет. В такой ситуации целесообразно производить расчет скорости клубочковой фильтрации по формуле Schwartz, рекомендованной В. В. Длином (2005).

The results received by authors on the basis of the comparative analysis of indicator of speed of glomerular filtration at 3155 children with chronic renal disease allow to approach differentially to a formula choice for calculation of this indicator depending on age. It is recommended to use a method of calculation of speed of glomerular filtration for the Schwartz formula presented in the National guide to pediatrics (2009) as the most correctly defining method of the stage of chronic renal disease, except for cases when calculation of this indicator is performed to children in age group till two years. In such situation it is advisable to make calculation of speed of glomerular filtration for the Schwartz formula recommended by V. V. Dlin (2005).
