В статье обсуждается тактика лечения больных со стерильным острым панкреатитом, оценивается роль компьютерной томографии в диагностике и выборе метода лечения. Приводятся данные клинических наблюдений. Отмечено, что на высокий риск инфицирования указывают наличие пузырьков газа в области инфильтрата и плеврита на томограмме, возраст старше 60 лет, перенесенная ранее операция. Обосновывается необходимость консервативного подхода к лечению при отсутствии указанных признаков.
Treatment options of patients with sterile acute pancreatitis are discussed, role of computer tomography in diagnostics and choice of treatment options is estimated in the article. Data of clinical supervision are provided. Existence of gas vials in the field of infiltratae and pleurisy on the tomogram, the age older than 60 years, earlier performed surgery states to high risk of infection. The necessity of conservative approach to treatment in the absence of the specified signs is proved.
