Участницы исследования (81 пациентка) были рандомизированы на 3 группы. Пациентки 1-й группы получали исследуемый препарат в дозе 400 мг ДИМ в сутки. Пациентки 2-й группы получали исследуемый препарат в дозе 600 мг ДИМ в сутки. Пациентки 3-й группы получали плацебо. Дополнительно к приему исследуемого препарата и плацебо пациентки получали стандартную гормональную терапию в течение 160-ти дней. Оценка безопасности и переносимости терапии проводилась по результатам регистрации нежелательных явлений (НЯ) клинически и с помощью инструментально-лабораторных методов исследования. В ходе исследования суммарно было зарегистрировано 16 НЯ (19,8 %) в основном со стороны репродуктивной системы, 7 НЯ были связаны с прекращением приема препарата (1 - в группе приема «Цинетон» 400 мг ДИМ в сутки, 3 - в группе приема «Цинетон» 600 мг ДИМ в сутки, 1 - в группе плацебо). Отличия между группами по частоте НЯ и случаям непереносимости при сравнении с группой плацебо были статистически незначимы при применении обеих доз.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The objective of research was the assessment of safety and acceptability of therapy by «Cineton» preparation on the basis of diindolylmethane (DIM) at patients with the diagnosis of hyperplasia of endometrium without atypia. Participants of research (81 patients) were randomized into 3 groups. Patients of the 1st group received the studied preparation in a dose of 400 mg of DIM per day. Patients of the 2nd group received the studied preparation in a dose of 600 mg of DIM per day. Patients of the 3rdgroup received placebo. The patients received standard hormonal therapy within 160 days in addition to taking of the studied preparation and placebo. The assessment of safety and acceptability of therapy was carried out according to results of registration of the undesirable phenomena (UP) clinically and by means of tool and laboratory methods of research. Totally during research 16 UP (19,8 %) were registered generally from reproductive system, 7 UP were connected with the termination of taking of preparation (1 - in group of «Cineton» taking of 400 mg of DIM per day, 3 - in group of «Cineton» taking of 600 mg of DIM per day, 1 - in group of placebo).
