Показано, что с помощью технологии электронно-лучевой модификации можно улучшить кинетические параметры экстрагирования антипролиферативного лекарственного средства из коронарных стентов. Профили хроматограмм свидетельствуют о химической целостности рапамицина и сохранности стента.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Possibility of modification of eluting-system by means of radiation of stent with medicinal coating with stream of accelerated electrons for the purpose of prolonged release of anti-proliferative medicine from all mass of copolymeric matrix is investigated in the presented research. It is shown that it is possible to improve kinetic parameters of extraction of anti-proliferative medicine from coronary stent by means of technology of electron-beam modification.
