Количество осложнений колостом, сформированных при кишечной непроходимости, значительно выше, чем при плановых вмешательствах. Формирование плоских колостом на неподготовленной кишке, где предполагается заживление первичным натяжением кожно-слизистого перехода, не должно применяться по тем же причинам, что и отказ от первичного межкишечного анастомоза. В клинике разработан метод наружной фиксации стомированной кишки. Отсутствие осложнений, надёжная фиксация, простота исполнения, короткое время формирования и удобный послеоперационный уход обосновывают предложенный способ фиксации стомированной кишки в условиях кишечной непроходимости.
The number of complications of colostomies, created at intestinal obstruction, is much higher, than at planned interventions. Formation of flat colostomies on an unprepared intestine where an adhesion by first intention of dermal and mucous transition is supposed, shouldn’t be applied for the same reasons, as refusal of primary interintestinal anastomosis. In clinic the method of external fixation of astomal intestine is developed. Lack of complications, reliable fixation, simplicity of execution, short formation period and convenient postoperative care prove the offered method of fixation of stomal intestine in the conditions of intestinal obstruction.
