Полученные в исследовании данные свидетельствуют о наличии нарушений цитокиновой регуляции, проявляющейся в активации местного иммуновоспалительного процесса (достоверное повышение концентрации ИЛ-17А, ИЛ-8, ИЛ-6, МСР-1). Установлено, что в процессы пролиферации при ПДР вовлечен не только фактор роста эндотелия сосудов, но и TGF-β2, и ИЛ-4, обладающие пролиферативной и фибропластической активностью. Выявленное в исследовании достоверное повышение в стекловидном теле пациентов с ПДР белка MCP-1 позволяет сделать предположение об его участии в механизмах сосудистой пролиферации при изучаемом патологическом процессе.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Samples of vitreous body at patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) were investigated. The data obtained in research testify to existence of violations of cytokines regulation which is shown in activation of local immunoinflammatory process (reliable increase of concentration of IL-17A, IL-8, IL-6, MHF-1). It is established that not only a factor of growth of vessels endothelium, but also TGF-β2, and IL-4 possessing proliferative and fibroplastic activity are involved in processes of proliferation at PDR.
