Сопоставлены основные параметры течения инфекционно-воспалительного процесса у 95-ти мужчин, больных туберкулезом органов дыхания (ТОД), и 49-ти больных туберкулезом предстательной железы (ТПЖ), находившихся на стационарном лечении в ФГБУ «ННИИТ» Минздрава России. У больных ТПЖ были выявлены следующие особенности течения инфекционно-воспалительного процесса по сравнению с больными ТОД: при ТПЖ сохранялся нормальный уровень эритроцитов и гемоглобина, не было лейкоцитоза и повышения С-реактивного белка. Больные ТПЖ чаще имели нарушения углеводного и липидного обмена, у них менее выражена интенсивность воспалительного процесса. У больных туберкулезом легких более выражены признаки интоксикации и альбуминовая недостаточность.
Key parameters of clinical course of infectious and inflammatory process at 95 male patients with tuberculosis of respiratory organs (TRO) and 49 patients with prostatic tuberculosis (PT) who were hospitalizated at FSBE «NSRIT» of the Russian Ministry of Health care compared. At patients with PT the following features of course of infectious and inflammatory process in comparison with TRO patients were revealed: at PT the normal level of erythrocytes and hemoglobin remained the same, there was no leukocytosis and rising of S-reactive protein. Patients with PT had disturbances of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism more often, intensity of inflammatory process was less expressed. Symptoms of intoxication and albuminous failure are more expressed at patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
