С целью разработки, апробирования способа восстановления фертильности больных туберкулезом предстательной железы и оценки его эффективности было проведено открытое проспективное сравнительное рандомизированное исследование, в которое включили 72 больных туберкулезом предстательной железы (ТПЖ). Пациенты были распределены в 2 группы: основную (49 человек), в которой получали стандартное этиотропное лечение в комплексе со сперматопротективной терапией, включавшей Селцинк плюс и хорионический гонадотропин, и группу сравнения (23 человека), в которой получали только этиотропное лечение. Проведение сперматопротективной терапии больным ТПЖ увеличило количество сперматозоидов на 44,0 %; увеличило число активно-подвижных форм сперматозоидов (группы А и В) на 22,4 %, повысило количество нормальных форм спермиев на 16,1 %.

An open prospective comparative randomized research on 72 patients with prostatic tuberculosis (PT) was conducted for the purpose of development, approbation of method of restoration of fecundity of patients with prostatic tuberculosis and assessment of its efficiency. Patients were divided into 2 groups: the main (49 people) received standard etiotropic treatment in a complex with spermatoprotective therapy including Selzink plus and chorionic Gonadotropinum; and group of comparison (23 persons) received only etiotropic treatment. Carrying out spermatoprotective therapy at patients with PT enlarged quantity of spermatozoons by 44,0 %; enlarged number of active and mobile forms of spermatozoons (group A and B) by 22,4 %, increased quantity of normal forms of sperms by 16,1 %.
