В данной статье проведена оценка эффективности применение препаратов, содержащих индол-3-карбинол и эпигаллокатехин-3-галлат в комплексе с натуротерапевтическими методами (ТЭС-терапии и гирудотерапии) при лечении аденомиоза в сочетании с миомой матки в сравнении с гормональными методами лечения. В исследование были включены 105 пациенток репродуктивного и перименопаузального возраста с аденомиозом в сочетании с миомой матки. Результаты исследования показали, что применение препаратов Индинол и Эпигаллат, влияющих на основные патогенетические механизмы развития миомы и аденомиоза, открывает новое направление в терапии указанных заболеваний, а натуротерапевтические методы - новые возможности в комплексной терапии.

In this article the efficiency assessment of application of the preparations containing indole-3-karbinol and epigallokatekhin-3-gallat in a complex with natural therapeutic methods is carried out (TES-therapy and bdellotomy) at treatment of adenomyosis in combination with hysteromyoma in comparison with hormonal methods of treatment. Research included 105 patients of genesial and perimenopausal age with adenomyosis combined with hysteromyoma. Results of research showed that application of the preparations Indinol and Epigallat influencing the main pathogenetic mechanisms of development of myoma and adenomyosis opens the new direction in therapy of the specified diseases, and natural therapeutic methods - new opportunities in complex therapy.
