Целью исследования явилось изучение особенности мотивации больных с интоксикационным психозом на фоне употребления синтетических наркотических веществ. В результате исследования была выявлена взаимосвязь некоторых личностных расстройств у пациентов с их мотивационным профилем: для лиц с диссоциальным расстройством личности характерны традиционные и субмиссивные мотивы употребления, а также мотивы саморазрушения; для пограничного личностного расстройства более характерны псевдокультурные мотивы, связанные с желанием следовать нормам субкультуры; для шизотипического расстройства личности характерны традиционные мотивы употребления и для тревожного расстройства личности - субмиссивные. Были рассмотрены особенности мотивационных профилей через различия между группами испытуемых - для лиц, употребляющих синтетические катиноны, более свойственны субмиссивные мотивы; для лиц, употребляющих синтетические каннабиноиды, - субмиссивные и псевдокультурные.
The research objective was studying of feature of motivation at patients with toxic psychosis against the use of synthetic narcotic substances. As a result of research the interrelation of some personal disorders at patients with their motivational profile was revealed: traditional and submissive motives of the drug use and also motives of self-damage are distinctive for persons with antisocial disorder of the person; the pseudo-cultural motives connected with desire to follow norms of subculture are specific for borderline personality disorder; traditional motives of the drug use for schizotypal disorder of the person and for anxious personality disorder - are submissive. Features of motivational profiles via differences between groups of examinees were considered: for the persons using synthetic cathinone submissive motives are more distinctive; for the persons using synthetic cannabinoids - submissive and pseudo-cultural.
