Реконструкция анатомических структур в области головы является непростой задачей даже для опытных хирургов. Небольшой дефект тканей челюстно-лицевой области и других отделов головы может стать причиной серьёзных функциональных и эстетических нарушений, значительно снижая качество жизни пациента. В настоящее время хирургам, занимающимся пластической и реконструктивной хирургией, доступно множество восстановительных методик. Широко применяется пластика местными тканями, а также тканями из отдалённых областей. Каждый метод имеет свои достоинства и недостатки. По нашему мнению, ткани, получающие кровоснабжение из бассейна поверхностной височной артерии, предоставляют выгодные возможности для реконструкции дефектов, расположенных в области головы. В настоящей статье освещаются основные особенности данного метода.
Reconstruction of anatomical structures in the head is a difficult task even for experienced surgeons. Small defect of tissues of maxillofacial area and other departments of the head can become the reason of serious functional and esthetic violations, considerably reducing life quality of the patient. Nowadays the set of recovery techniques is available to the surgeons who are performing plastic and reconstructive surgery. The plasty by local tissues, and also tissues from the remote areas is widely applied. Each method has the merits and the demerits. In our opinion, the tissues receiving blood supply from the district of superficial temporal artery give favorable opportunities for reconstruction of the defects located in the head. The main features of this method are presented in the article.
