Обследовано 46 больных в возрасте от 45 до 65 лет с прозопалгиями, обусловленными хроническим периодонтитом. Больные распределены на 2 группы: 1-ю, где стандартный лечебный комплекс был дополнен динамической электронейростимуляцией (ДЭНС) от аппарата ДиаДЭНС-ПКМ на зоны боли и биологически активные точки, и 2-ю - с проведением плацебо-процедуры ДЭНС на фоне общепринятого лечения. Установлено, что применение ДЭНС достоверно корригирует баланс звеньев вегетативной нервной системы, ведет к увеличению показателя общей мощности спектра, переводит вегетативную регуляцию кровообращения с центрального на более низкий уровень управления, чего не наблюдается в группе стандартного лечения.
46 patients aged from 45 till 65 years with the prosopalgia caused by a chronic periodontitis are examined. Patients are distributed into 2 groups: the 1st group that had the standard medical complex added with dynamic electroneurostimulation (DENS) from the device DiaDENS-PKM on zones of pain both biologically active points and 2ndone - with carrying out DENS placebo procedure against the standard treatment. It is established that application of DENS authentically resolves balance of links of vegetative nervous system, conducts to augmentation of indicator of the general power of a range, transfers a vegetative regulation of a circulation from central to lower level, that it isn’t observed in group of standard treatment.
