Изучены типы отношения к болезни у больных сахарным диабетом и у относительно здоровых людей. Установлено, что для лиц с сахарным диабетом характерен паранойяльный, ипохондрический и неврастенический типы отношения к болезни. Выявлено качество жизни у больных сахарным диабетом. Для лиц с сахарным диабетом свойственны ухудшения в таких показателях, как психические здоровье, социальное функционирование, ролевое и физическое функционирование. Определены особенности психоэмоциональных состояний у больных сахарным диабетом. Выявлены высокие показатели уровней тревоги, депрессии и алекситимии. Выявлена взаимосвязь между изучаемыми феноменами в исследуемых группах.

Relation types to illness are studied at patients with diabetes and at rather healthy people. It is established that persons with diabetes are characterized as paranoiac, hypochiondrial and neurasthenic towards the relation to illness. Life quality at patients with diabetes is revealed. Deteriorations of such indicators as mental health, social functioning, role and physical functioning are distinctive for persons with diabetes. Features of psychoemotional states at patients with diabetes are defined. High rates of levels of anxiety, depression and alexithymia are registered. The interrelation between the studied phenomena in the studied groups is revealed.
