Общая распространенность эссенциальной гипертензии у населения старше 25-ти лет на сегодняшний день превышает 40 %. Исследование посвящено новым данным о вовлеченности полиморфизмов -1673 1G/2G MMP-1 (rs1799750) и -153 С/Т MMP-7 (rs11568818) генов матриксных металлопротеиназ в формирование эссенциальной гипертензии. Показано, что генотип -153 ТТ ММР -7 (rs11568818) ассоциирован с более высокими уровнями артериального давления у пациентов с эссенциальной гипертензией.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The essential hypertensia and its complications are a global problem of health care. The general prevalence of essential hypertensia at the 25 years-older population today exceeds 40 %. Research is devoted to new data on involvement of genetic polymorphisms of -1673 1G/2G MMP-1 (rs1799750) and -153 C/T MMP-7 (rs11568818) of matrix metalloproteinases in formation of essential hypertensia.
