Отработана методика количественного определения содержания суммы токоферолов в растительном сырье по поглощению УФ-излучения с длиной волны 292 нм. Показано, что изменение содержания токоферола в зернах обусловлено физиологическими процессами, протекающими в начальной стадии онтогенеза растительного организма, и установлено, что максимальное содержание витамина Е достигается спустя 24 часа после начала процесса проращивания семян.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Research of change of vitamin E content in wheat grains in the course of their sprouting is conducted. The technique of quantitative determination of tocopherols content value in vegetable raw materials on absorption of UF-radiation with wavelength of 292 nanometers is fulfilled.
