При проведении сравнительного анализа жизнеспособности клеток костного мозга крыс в условиях in vitro было доказано отсутствие цитотоксичности у тестируемого синтетического полилактидного матрикса. Согласно результатам теста исследуемый материал апирогенен.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article examines the biological safety of a biodegradable matrix with specified physical and chemical properties fabricated from the polylactic acid by aerodynamic spinning and extrusion in the turbulent gas flow. Via a comparative analysis of the viability of rat bone marrow cells in vitro , we have determined that the studied synthetic polylactide matrix lacks cytotoxicity.
