It has been revealed that the blood serum of VD patients with hypertension has the high content of endothelial cell indicators (vascular endothelial growth factor BB, transforming growth factor β1, plateletderived growth factor BB, fibronectin, thrombomodulin, thrombospondin, alfa2macroglobulin, fibrinopeptide A, and adhesion molecules), which are responsible for the membrane platelet activation, and intracellular synthesis of endogenous proaggregants and thrombogenesis, and that allows us to consider them as early markers of increased cardiovascular risk.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>arterial hypertension</kwd><kwd>vibration disease</kwd><kwd>endothelium</kwd><kwd>hemostasis</kwd><kwd>adhesion molecules</kwd><kwd>thrombospondin</kwd><kwd>fibronectin</kwd><kwd>predictor</kwd><kwd>growth factors</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Boulanger C.M., Vanhoutte, P.M.
