В статье обоснована необходимость формирования нравственных ценностей у офицеров. Указано, что в основе воинской деятельности офицера лежат духовные интересы. Подчеркивается, что современная воинская деятельность отличается высоким уровнем интеллектуализации систем управления, что выдвигает высокие требования к подготовке офицера не только в физическом, но и в интеллектуальном, духовно-нравственном планах. Выявлены приоритетные нравственные ценности, и представлена характеристика ценностей, которые должны воспитываться у слушателей факультетов внутренних войск военных институтов.
The necessity of formation of moral values at officers is proved in the article. Spiritual interests are the cornerstone of military activity of the officer. It is emphasized that modern military activity differs in the high level of intellectualization of control systems that makes high demands to training of the officer not only in physical, but also in intellectual, spiritual and moral aspects. Priority moral values are revealed, and the characteristic of values which have to be brought up at students of faculties of internal troops of military universities is submitted.
