<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The analysis of structure of dermatosis among 5–17 year old children and adolescents having various degree of obesity are provided. In the study group, the excess body weight or obesity of the I degree was registered 2.2 times more often than obesity of the II and the III degrees. Striae (24.8 %), atopic dermatitis (23.0 %), acne (17.8 %), acanthosis nigricans (11.9 %), keratosis pilaris (10.7 %), warts and molluscum contagiosum (18.5 %) were diagnosed most often. In a number of patients more, than one disease of skin were diagnosed: in children and adolescents with excess body weight the quantity of cases of dermatological pathology exceeded group number by 1.2 times, with obesity of the I degree — by 1.4 times, with obesity of the II degree — by 1.5 times, of the III degree — twice.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ожирение</kwd><kwd>избыточная масса тела</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>подростки</kwd><kwd>черный акантоз</kwd><kwd>фолликулярный кератоз</kwd><kwd>стрии</kwd><kwd>атопический дерматит</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>obesity</kwd><kwd>excess body weight</kwd><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>adolescents</kwd><kwd>acanthosis nigricans</kwd><kwd>keratosis pilaris</kwd><kwd>striae</kwd><kwd>atopic dermatitis</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Satoshi N., Tetsuya H., Kenji K.
