Доля вирусного ОГЭ в этиологической структуре острых кишечных инфекций по данным зарубежных и отечественных авторов варьирует от 25 до 60 %. Рассмотрены особенности наиболее частых возбудителей ОГЭ — норовирусов, ротавирусов, астровирусов, их генетическое разнообразие и изменчивость. Отражены особенности эпидемиологии, клиники, современные методы лабораторной диагностики и подходы в терапии ОГЭ вирусной этиологии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The literature review presents current data on acute gastroenteritis (AG) of viral etiology. The share of AG in the etiological structure of acute intestinal infections according to foreign and domestic authors varies from 25 to 60 %. The features of the most common pathogens of AG — NV, rotaviruses, astroviruses, their genetic diversity and variability are considered.
