Цель: оценить результаты комплексной терапии у пациентов с тромбозом подкожных вен при варикозной болезни. Материалы и методы. Группа больных (72 чел.), получивших курс антикоагулянтной терапии по поводу острого тромбоза подкожных вен нижних конечностей. Результаты. У всех 100 % (n = 72) пациентов, которым проводилась антикоагулянтная терапия, клинически и при дуплексном сканировании зарегистрирована положительная динамика. Заключение. Применение антикоагулянтов при комплексном консервативном лечении тромбозов подкожных вен является эффективным и ведет к лизису тромботических масс.

Purpose : to estimate the results of complex therapy at patients with clottage of hypodermic veins at varicose illness. Materials and methods . Group of the patients (72 people) who received a course of anticoagulant therapy concerning acute clottage of hypodermic veins of the lower extremities. Results . At all 100 % (n = 72) patients who were performed anticoagulant therapy, positive dynamics was registered clinically and at duplex scanning. Conclusion . Usage of anticoagulants at complex conservative treatment of clottages of hypodermic veins is effective and results in lysis of thrombotic masses.
