В статье рассматривается методика оценки результативности системы качества в аптечной организации, разработанная на основе процессного подхода и метода критериальных показателей. Представлены результаты апробации методики на примере конкретной аптечной организации.

The article considers the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the quality system in a pharmacy organization, developed on the basis of the process approach and the method of criteria indicators.
