Возраст участников исследования — 18–25 лет. Установлено, что при сходных для обеих групп изменениях регуляции ритма сердца у спортсменов игровых видов спорта снижение центральных влияний на ритм сердца выражено в значительно меньшей степени. Восстановление регуляторных влияний на сердце обеспечивается изменением того фактора, который был основным в обеспечении ритма сердца во время тренировки: у спортсменов игровых видов спорта — за счет активации парасимпатических механизмов, у спортсменов силовых видов спорта — за счет восстановления надсегментарных, реализуемых через симпатические центры, влияний.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A comparative analysis of the dynamics of autonomic regulation in the process of training and recovery period in athletes of games-based (volleyball and tennis — 38 individuals) and strength (jiu-jitsu and karate — 42 individuals) sports was carried out. The age of the study participants was 18–25 years. It was found that with similar changes for both groups in the regulation of the heart rate the decrease in the central nervous system influence on cardiac rate in games-based sportsmen is less prominent.
