Анализ применения цефалоспориновых антибиотиков в многопрофильном стационаре (МПС) Республики Таджикистан в 2011-2018 гг.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Для оценки динамики применения цефалоспоринов использовали стандартизированную АТС/БВБ-методологию (показатели: «DDDs (Defined Daily Doses — количество установленных суточных доз)/100 койко-дней», «общее DDDs за год», «процент от общего DDDs»).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В лечении различных заболеваний инфекционного генеза значительно чаще используются цефалоспорины по сравнению с антимикробными препаратами (АМП) других классов. Доля цефалоспоринов в структуре всех АМП, применяемых в МПС, составляет около 70 %. Безусловным лидером является цефтриаксон, применение которого за указанный период возросло в 7.5 раза. Снижение применения цефалоспоринов первого поколения следует считать положительной тенденцией в подходах к антибактериальной терапии. Отмечались лишь единичные случаи применения цефалоспоринов 3-го поколения — цефтазидима и цефоперазона, а также цефалоспорина 4-го поколения — цефепима, которое носило случайный характер.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Результаты проведенного исследования могут служить обоснованием для планирования закупок лекарственных препаратов для многопрофильных стационаров, а также использоваться для анализа рациональности применения антимикробных препаратов, учитывая опасность развития антибиотикорезистентности.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Analysis of the use of cephalosporin antibiotics in a multifield hospital (MH) of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2011-2018.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. To assess the dynamics of the use of cephalosporins, the ATC/DDD methodology was used (parameters: index DDDs (Defined Daily Doses) / 100 bed-days, total DDDs per year, percentage of total DDDs).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In the treatment of various infectious diseases, cephalosporins are much more often used in comparison with antimicrobial drugs (AMD) of other classes. The proportion of cephalosporins in the structure of all AMD used in the MH is about 70%. The undisputed leader is ceftriaxone, the use of which has increased by 7.5 times over the indicated period. The decline in the use of first-generation cephalosporins should be considered a positive trend in approaches to antibiotic therapy. There were only isolated cases of the use of 3rd generation cephalosporins — ceftazidime and cefoperazone, as well as the 4th generation cephalosporins — cefepime, which were random.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
