Цель: разработка и применение в клинике новой технологии формирования циркулярного компрессионного шва для улучшения результатов хирургического лечения больных раком толстой кишки. Материалы. Нами было предложено новое устройство - компрессионный сшиватель кишечника. Результаты. Устройство было использовано при 71-й операции. Осложнений, связанных с качеством анастомоза, не выявлено. Выводы. Новая технология позволяет предупреждать развитие несостоятельности анастомоза.

Purpose : development and application in clinic of new technology of formation of circular compression seam for improvement of results of surgical treatment of patients with colon cancer. Materials . The new device - a compression stapling machine of intestine was offered. Results . The device was used at the 71st operation. The complications connected with quality of anastomosis wasn’t revealed. Conclusions . The new technology allows preventing development of anastomosis incompetence.
