У 94-х пациентов с ревматоидным артритом с повышенным содержанием альдостерона в крови исследовали показатели эндотелиальной регуляции сосудистого тонуса, уровни молекулы межклеточной адгезии и сосудистого эндотелиального фактора роста, а также иммунно-воспалительные маркеры до и после комплексного лечения с использованием спиронолактона в дозе 25-50 мг в сутки в течение 12 месяцев. Комплексная терапия ревматоидного артрита эффективнее улучшала показатели эндотелиальной регуляции сосудистого тонуса на 15 %, способствовала снижению концентрации ICAM-1 на 17 % и VEGF на 30 %, существеннее снижало уровень С-реактивного белка на 15 % и фактора некроза опухоли альфа на 12 % в отличие от стандартной терапии. Комплексная терапия позволила снизить индекс активности ревматоидного артрита DAS28 на 16 % больше, чем стандартная терапия.

Indicators of endothelial regulation of vascular tonus, levels of molecule of intercellular adhesion and vascular endothelial factor of increase, and also immune and inflammatory markers before complex treatment with usage of Spironolactonum in dose of 25-50 mg per day within 12 months were investigated at 94 patients with pseudorheumatism with raised maintenance of Aldosteronum in blood. Complex therapy of pseudorheumatism improved indicators of endothelial regulation of vascular tonus on 15 % more effectively, promoted depression of concentration of ICAM-1 on 17 % and VEGF on 30%, reduced the level of S-reactive protein on 15 % and alpha tumor necrosis factor on 12% unlike standard therapy. Complex therapy allowed lowering an index of pseudorheumatism activity of DAS28 on 16 % more than standard therapy.
