Применяется в народной медицине в качестве противомалярийного, антибактериального, болеутоляющего, противовоспалительного и антикоагулянтного средства и в этой связи растение является перспективным для изучения с целью внедрения в официнальную медицину.</p></sec><sec><title>Ц е л ь</title><p>Ц е л ь .  Фитохимическое и морфолого-анатомическое изучение надземных и подземных органов нонеи русской.</p><p>М а т е р и а л ы    и    м е т о д ы .  Проводили общий фитохимический анализ, используя общепринятые методики. Анатомическое строение органов растения устанавливали с использованием методов микроскопопического анализа.</p></sec><sec><title>Р е з у л ь т а т ы</title><p>Р е з у л ь т а т ы .  Установлено присутствие и определено количественное содержание основных групп биологически активных веществ: содержание флавоноидов в надземной части в пересчете на рутин составило 0.2 %; дубильных веществ конденсируемой группы в траве – 3.8 %, в корнях – 0.6 %; ксантонов в пересчете на мангиферин в корнях – 0.01 %, в траве – 0.008 %; полисахаридов в траве – 4.37 %. Микроскопический анализ позволил установить основные микродиагностические признаки вегетативных и генеративных органов нонеи русской.</p></sec><sec><title>З а к л ю ч е н и е</title><p>З а к л ю ч е н и е .  Разнообразный химический состав нонеи русской позволяет сделать вывод о перспективности изучения растения с целью создания на его основе новых лекарственных препаратов. В результате микроморфологического исследования надземных и подземных органов нонеи русской удалось выявить диагностические признаки, необходимые для установления критериев подлинности сырья, которые будут положены в основу проекта фармакопейной статьи.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>I n t r o d u c t i o n</title><p>I n t r o d u c t i o n .  Nonea rossica Steven is a widespread in Western Siberia herbaceous plant of the Boraginaceae family. It is used in folk medicine as an antimalarial, antibacterial, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anticoagulant agent, and in this regard, the plant is promising for study with a view to introducing it into practice as an oﬃcinal medicine.</p></sec><sec><title>A i m</title><p>A i m .  Phytochemical and morpho-anatomical study of aboveground and underground organs of Nonea rossica Steven.</p><p>M a t e r i a l s   a n d   m e t h o d s .  A phytochemical analysis was performed using conventional methods. The anatomical structure of plant organs was reveal using microscopic analysis.</p></sec><sec><title>R e s u l t s</title><p>R e s u l t s .  The presence and content of the main groups of biologically active substances was established: the content of flavonoids in the aboveground part in terms of rutin was 0.2%; tannins of the condensable group in aboveground parts of plant – 3.8%, in roots – 0.6%; xanthones in terms of mangiferin in roots – 0.01%, in herb – 0.008%; polysaccharides in herb – 4.37%. Microscopic analysis allowed to establish the main microdiagnostic signs of vegetative and reproductive organs of Nonea rossica Steven.</p></sec><sec><title>C o n c l u s i o n</title><p>C o n c l u s i o n .  The diverse chemical composition of Nonea rossica Steven allows us to conclude that it is promising to study the plant in order to create new medicines based on it.
