Ку-лихорадка является природно-очаговым заболеванием с многообразием путей передачи ее возбудителя – Coxiella burnetii. Основными переносчиками коксиелл являются иксодовые клещи, в антропургических очагах их прокормителями являются домашние и сельскохозяйственные животные. Наличие очагов Ку-лихорадки в Новосибирской области установлено еще в 90-х годах прошлого века, однако лабораторная диагностика в течение двух последних десятилетий не проводилась. В связи с полиморфизмом клинической симптоматики болезнь не имеет патогномоничных признаков. Основными проявлениями острой Ку-лихорадки являются лихорадка, миалгии, пневмония. Подтверждение диагноза возможно только при выявлении генетических и серологических маркеров возбудителя Coxiella burnetii, что позволяет дифференцировать Ку-лихорадку от других инфекций и своевременно назначить необходимую терапию.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Based on literature data, the review presents current information on a wide range of clinical manifestations of Q fever, as well as on laboratory methods for diagnosing the disease. Q fever is a zoonotic disease with a variety of transmission routes of its pathogen – Coxiella burnetii. The main carriers of coxiellas are ixodid ticks; in anthropogenic foci their hosts are domestic and livestock animals. The Q fever foci in the Novosibirsk region were found back in the 90s of the last century, however, laboratory diagnostics was not performed over the past two decades. Due to the polymorphism of clinical symptoms, the clindisease has no pathognomonic signs. The main manifestations of acute Q fever are fever, myalgias, pneumonia.
