Число людей с избыточной массой тела и ожирением во всем мире неуклонно растет. Метаболические нарушения, провоцируемые чрезмерным накоплением жировых отложений, значительно влияют на развитие и течение функциональных изменений в организме, в частности артериальной гипертензии (АГ).</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель . Определение и оценка показателей обмена углеводов, липидов и половых гормонов у женщин репродуктивного возраста с АГ и метаболическим синдромом (МС).</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы . В исследование были включены 2 группы женщин репродуктивного возраста: основную группу составили 30 пациенток с АГ 1-й степени и МС, проходившие лечение в Актюбинском медицинском центре (г. Актобе, Казахстан); контрольную – 20 практически здоровых женщин, прошедших обследование в Клинике семейной медицины Западно-Казахстанского медицинского университета им. Марата Оспанова. Группы были сопоставимы по возрасту (35–49 лет). Наряду с измерениями артериального давления и антропометрических параметров, у всех пациенток определялись некоторые биохимические показатели, а также оценивались (с использованием эхокардиографии) функциональные параметры работы сердца.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты . Выявлены изменения показателей внутрисердечной гемодинамики у пациенток основной группы – увеличение конечного диастолического и систолического объема левого желудочка, а также ударного объема. Биохимическое исследование выявило повышение концентрации глюкозы и уровня триглицеридов в основной группе, а также рост уровня липопротеидов низкой плотности и снижение уровня липопротеидов высокой плотности в основной группе по сравнению с контрольной.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение . Развитие и прогрессирование МС оказывает существенное влияние на общее состояние пациентов и повышает риск возникновения и прогрессирования АГ.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The number of overweight and obese people worldwide is steadily increasing. Metabolic disorders caused by excessive accumulation of body fat signifi cantly aff ect the development and course of functional changes in the body, in particular arterial hypertension (AH).</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Determination and evaluation of the levels of carbohydrates, lipids and sex hormones in women of reproductive age with АН and associated metabolic syndrome (MS). Materials and methods. The study included 2 groups of women of reproductive age: the main group consisted of 30 patients with AH grade 1 and MS who were treated at the Aktobe Medical Center (Aktobe, Kazakhstan); control one consisted of 20 apparently healthy women who were examined at the Family Medicine Clinic of the West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical University. The groups were comparable in age (35–49 years). Along with the blood pressure and body measurements, some biochemical parameters were determined in all patients, and the heart performance indicators were also assessed (using echocardiography).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Changes of intracardiac hemodynamics in patients of the main group were revealed: an increase in left ventricle end-diastolic and end-systolic volume, as well as stroke volume. A biochemical analysis revealed an increase in glucose and triglyceride values in the main group, as well as an increase in the level of low-density lipoproteins and a decrease in the level of high-density lipoproteins in the main group compared to the control one.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
