COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT OF AMPHOTERICIN B AND ITS COMPOSITION
Abstract
The research objective is a comparative assessment of biochemical indicators of Amphotericin B and its composition. Two renal markers were defined for comparative assessment nephrotoxicity of two medicines: creatinine and urea. Two hepatic markers of ALT and AST and two renal markers were defined for hepatotoxicity evaluation: creatinine, urea.
