EXPERIENCE OF CONSERVATIVE TREATMENT OF DEEP CLOTTAGES IN SYSTEM OF LOWER HOLLOW VEIN

Abstract

Experience of treatment of patients with acute phlebothrombosis of lower limbs in specialized vascular unit at 96 patients is presented in the article. All patients began treatment with direct anticoagulants - subcutaneous injections of unfractionated or low-molecular heparins according to the standard scheme. Rendering on treatment with the tableted anticoagulants - the antagonist of K vitamin Warfarin (at 33,3% of all patients) or inhibitor of X factor (rivaroxaban) at 67,7% of patients was performed during a week. Then at out-patient stage 86 patients who continued the treatment with Warfarin or rivaroxaban were conducted control ultrasonic research of the affected veins in 1, 3, 6 and 8 months after the beginning of a disease. It was found out that there was a process of canalization of the thrombosed veins is more expressed in group of the patients who took rivaroxaban. Recurrence of venous clottages was not registered in both groups. Hemorrhagic complications arose seldom in both groups of patients and didn’t lead to serious consequences.
